@Duffells Repairing the Milenco Mantis locks is a no brainer. The brass follower versions are much more robust than the old cast metal ones.

Some locks are just dirty, this low level one picks up all the dirt and paving sand. The keep holes were filled with stones and grime and needed a damn good servicing. Managed to save it on this occasion.
