RSV is a common respiratory virus that can be very serious, particularly for older adults. The CDC recommends a one-time RSV vaccine for all adults ages 75+ and adults ages 60-74 who are at increased risk for severe RSV.
Almost everyone 6 months+ should receive their annual flu shot and a 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine. RSV immunization is recommended during pregnancy or can be given to babies. High-risk adults aged 60-74 and all adults aged 75+ should also receive a one-time dose of the RSV vaccine.
