We’re thrilled to share that our former WVU ITAC lead student, Dr. Amir Abolhassani, along with Javad Rahimikollu and WVU ITAC director Dr. Bhaskaran Gopalakrishnan, has published a research paper in Energy (IF: 9.0) titled “Towards a cleaner future:
Dr. Abolhassani obtained his PhD degree from WVU and was an invaluable part of the WVU Industrial Assessment and Training Center. We’re proud to see him continuing to drive innovation in industrial energy efficiency.
The paper is based on a thesis written by WVU IAC Alum Prateek Vaish and details a process to indicate the presence of air leaks in a residential building using a formula and information easily accessible to homeowners rather than invasive blower door testing.
