Last week we welcomed local secondary schools to Molineux for a Healthy Living Workshop 💪

Students were challenged to create campaigns promoting healthy lifestyles, before presenting their ideas to a panel of expert judges. 🍎

A huge thank you to our judges for sharing their valuable feedback and advice. 🗣️

🫀 Restart a Heart Day is an annual global initiative held every 16 October to raise awareness of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests and teach people how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.

This week, we visited St Stephen’s C of E Primary School to deliver a CPR workshop to our Health Champions, giving pupils the opportunity to learn essential lifesaving skills from an early age. 🤝
