For every country.
For every generation of fans.

#BreakingNews: The @UN has backed a landmark climate advisory opinion, strengthening governments’ legal responsibility to act on #ClimateChange.
The #ClimateCrisis is not just about our environment - it’s about #ClimateJustice, survival, and accountability.
A moment of truth at the UN. 🗳️
After the #ICJ’s advisory opinion on climate last year, govts face a choice: back an #UNGA resolution reinforcing their legal climate duties – or let this moment pass.
The science is clear. The law is clear. What’s missing is courage. ⏳⚖️🌡️

The #SantaMarta conference calls time on #FossilFuels, and dares leaders to follow.
The problem is clear - Coal, oil and gas.
This week, Santa Marta pushes for less talk, more action.
As @Manuel Pulgar‑Vidal writes, we cannot fix the #ClimateCrisis if we avoid its root cause.

Wildfires are natural, but human activity and climate change are making them more frequent and severe.
The good news? We also hold much of the solution.
Around the world, communities and innovators are stepping up:
🇧🇴Bolivia: protecting and restoring forests
🇹🇳Tunisia: raising public awareness of wildfire risks
🇲🇾Malaysia: developing wildfire detection technology
🇦🇺Australia: restoring ecosystems
🇬🇷Greece: lobbying for stronger wildfire management laws
By protecting and sustainably managing forests, restoring nature, and rapidly reducing emissions, we can turn the tide.
The crisis is real but so is the global movement tackling it.

Nature doesn’t just flow, it paints.
From deep blues to vivid reds, every wetland, every stream, every ripple teems with life.
This is what nature looks like in colour.
The entry into force of the #HighSeasTreaty marks a new era of ocean governance🌊
UNSG's Special Envoy for the Ocean Peter Thomson and @WWF DG Kirsten Schuijt set out how govts, the private sector and civil society have vital roles to play going forward

Record heat is the new normal, says @WWF’s @stephanieroe, as 2025 ranks among the three hottest years ever. The good news? Climate solutions are breaking records too. Rapid emissions cuts are possible. More here:

Fossil fuels have shaped the past. But they don’t have to define our future.

Jaguars are more than icons of the wild. They’re top predators, keeping rainforest ecosystems in balance. However, the climate crisis is disrupting that role.

The latest attempt at a #COP30 climate agreement is in – and it is a major letdown.
The draft text has zero commitments to end fossil fuels or stop deforestation. This won’t stop #ClimateChange and puts our future at risk.
We’re calling on countries to fix it – today. We can’t let ministers sign off on a deal that puts communities and nature on the line.
But it isn’t over. Not yet. The time to turn this around is now. Share this post and call for URGENT ACTION at #COP30
Forests are one of our most powerful climate solutions. They absorb carbon, regulate rainfall and cool the planet – yet millions of hectares are lost each year.
As #COP30 unfolds in the Amazon, one truth stands out: climate action and forest protection must go hand in hand.
Brazil and WWF are expanding the world’s largest forest conservation program. ARPA Comunidades will benefit more than 130,000 people and reduce deforestation in 58.6 million acres--an area twice the size of Ohio.

🌴.@WWF and @Greenpeace have called for talk to turn to action at COP30, urging delegates to agree on a deliverable roadmap to halt and reverse deforestation by 2030.
🌳In a joint press conference today, they called for COP30 to adopt a Forest Roadmap.

For decades, the ocean absorbed fossil fuel emissions. Now, marine heatwaves are pushing ecosystems to the edge – and we’re all #InHotWater 🌡️
#COP30 must phase out fossil fuels fast and deploy renewables. Every fraction of a degree matters. It’s time to safeguard our future.
#BREAKING: ahead of #COP30 🌍 Brazil & partners launch the Tropical Forest Forever Facility (TFFF).
This multi-billion-dollar fund will reward countries for keeping forests standing and is the kind of action we need to address the nature and climate crisis.
World leaders are heading to Brazil for #COP30. So what’s it all about?
The @UN climate talks are taking place in Belém, at the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, bringing together governments from across the world to address the climate crisis.
