People - and media - need to stop saying that Aboriginal politicians ‘represent’ Aboriginal people. They simply don’t. As significant as their positions are, they carry zero mandate from the Aboriginal community. Thats why an Aboriginal elected Voice is so critical.
Credit rating agency, S&P, response to the WA Budget:
"Western Australia's economy is recovering because it has so far been successful in suppressing the spread of COVID-19. There has been no known community transmission for the past six months, allowing businesses to reopen.”
Call out to families with ancestors who were sent to Wadjemup (Rottnest Island):
@The_AHWA is undertaking a research project exploring the history of Aboriginal incarceration on Wadjemup & is seeking to involve the descendants. More info on our website: https://t.co/BBJtMAkxoz

Media release heading says it all:
"#Kimba site selection process flawed, waste dump plans must be scrapped"
Congratulations to SA Labor @alpsa for standing up and speaking out.
The federal #radioactive waste push is irresponsible, unnecessary and increasingly uncertain.
As @AnthDeCeglie writes in today’s @westaustralian
“We must rediscover the ability to show respect to others, to listen to their opinions and engage without anger or bitterness. It is time for kindness, inclusivity and civility.”

I hate going to the local Early Childhood Health Centre for baby's blue book health checks, I find the nurses there judgemental. They reached a new low today commenting on how fair my child was for an Aboriginal (repeated it 3 times) and how it's good we get *everything* for free
Solid data out today.
Westpac-Melbourne consumer sentiment, WA recorded the strongest monthly rise of all the States and now above pre-COVID levels.
Housing finance - massive increase in WA. Again, strongest of the States.
If WA was a nation.
It's clear WA's approach is the best for our health & economy.
WA fourth best on the planet.
