I still think him getting a victorious skin isn't an excuse for him not getting a legendary. The victorious looks amazing don't get me wrong but many champs after him have gotten multiple legendaries.

It's kind of not fair

@Whit3salmon_23 The fact that he’s getting a victorious period tells me not only does he have enough players to warrant it. He has enough RANKED players to make it work. This isn’t just a dedicated player base. It’s one overlooked simply for marketability in china.
