🔴 Back when I broke this, State House stayed silent on what Ruto was doing in Dubai with F1 mogul Flavio Briatore and healthcare tycoon Kamel Ghribi — while the official diary had him "in Kenya." No explanation. No transparency.
🔴 Fast forward: Ruto has now signed a formal agreement with Ghribi's GKSD Group at State House Nairobi — 15 hospitals across 15 counties, 13 Level 5 county referral hospitals + 2 Level 6 national teaching/referral hospitals, under Italy's Mattei Plan for Africa. DP Kindiki and Health CS Aden Duale flanked him at the signing.
🔴 In between, Ghribi led a high-level #GKSD delegation back to State House, where they signed a cooperation protocol on sustainable development — with healthcare innovation explicitly on the agenda.
