Alert: Beware of “Morris the Torturer”

The person in photos is identified as Morris, and nicknamed the “Torturer” by the victims and survivors of his illegal and homophobic attacks and known for his violent abuse and activities toward LGBTQ+ people in Uganda. Moriss is a dangerous man who preys on innocent LGBTQ+ individuals. He lures victims through social media, leading them into traps where he aggressively insults, robs, and sometimes collaborates with @PoliceUg to extort money. Many victims have reported being robbed at knifepoint and have testified to police involvement.

Call to Action:
It's time for the authorities to step up and investigate Morris and his accomplices. The police must uphold justice and protect all Ugandans, regardless of their sexual orientation.

Remember:
Despite discriminatory laws like AHA23, every Ugandan deserves protection from violence and abuse. Extortion, robbery, and blackmail are criminal offenses and must be condemned, no matter the victim.
