Foot bracing is a super calming activity.
When you are trying to pay attention in a long meeting, you might push against the floor with your feet.
If a baby feels unsettled during a nappy change, place your hand at their feet to help them settle.
Today, the 6th of May, we celebrate the first birthday of our longest stayer on the Neonatal Unit.. We will be celebrating with a small party this afternoon on the unit... You are welcome.. There will be cake.. 🎂🥰🥳🤭@KathEvans2 @nellyfletch71
