On Thursday 14th March, PCSO Dyson attended Union Road, Liversedge with colleagues from Kirklees Council and Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing. During their meeting they were able to share information, speak to residents and discuss joined up approach to problems.
Our NPT are conducting an operation on Spen Valley Greenway this evening both on foot and off road bikes.
Suspects were sighted riding a stolen moped on the Greenway, the bike they were using has been recovered and returned to its owner- enquiries are ongoing #SpenValley ๐ฎ๐ผ

We received various reports regarding an address that led to a warrant being obtained. Several articles were seized and enquiries are ongoing.

Today Insp Nicholls was happy to present PCSO DYSON with his Skills for justice Level 4 Diploma in Community Policing Practice. This qualification provides learners with the knowledge, skills and competence to undertake the role of Police Community Support Officer.

On Tuesday 23 January 2024 Officer from Batley & Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a warrant at an address in Heckmondwike. Entry was forced and located within was a Cannabis Farm. Enquiries are ongoing to locate any suspects involved.

Officers from B&S NPT attended Hightown Primary school today for "World of work week".
PCSO Huscroft & Stephens explained the main role of Police Officers & PCSO. The children were shown the Police uniform and different Police equipment that we use

On 15/01 B&S NPT joined forces with Officers from Roads Policing, Licensing, DVLA and DVSA. Around 100 vehicles were checked. 9 drivers were issued Traffic Offence Reports. A driver was fined for having ghost number plates (plates with a film over to evade ANPR & speed cameras).
Over the moon to be back at @WYP_BatleySpen NPT as the Neighbourhood Inspector. Excited to get stuck into the role, surrounded by great pro-active colleagues ๐ ๐ฎ๐ผโโ๏ธ expect lots of tweets of our work going forwards! ๐
