Traffic has now been STOPPED on the #M62 westbound in #WestYorkshire between J25 (#Brighouse) and J24 (#Huddersfield) due to a multi-vehicle collision.

All emergency services are now in attendance. There's a 30 minute delay on approach.

🚨 The UK government is testing the Emergency Alerts system this weekend. This is a routine test to double check the system is working properly.

The test will result in a loud siren-like sound and vibration, and a message will appear on screen.

We were called at 12.15 this afternoon to reports of a moorland fire near Oldham Road in Ripponden.

8 crews plus several supporting units are currently at the scene.
