Today we announce the transition of our justice business to the Probation Service. We’re proud of the work carried out by our colleagues supporting people on probation during the last six years: https://t.co/sIbG8UlogI
Entering my last day as an employee of West Yorkshire CRC, we've had quite the journey over the last few years, I've worked alongside such fantastic teams throughout this time.
A new era is upon us as we move to The Probation Service, Yorkshire and The Humber #reunification
Last day tomorrow as a CRC employee. I started my career as the CRCs began. In the last 7 years I have qualified as a PO and completed a Diploma in management. I’ve also implemented ETTG and received outstanding in HMIP. Looking forward to seeing what The Probation Service brings
Kim Thornden-Edwards, Managing Director of Interserve’s justice business: “I’m deeply proud to have led our probation services & greatly admire the work we have delivered – especially during the last 12-months & the complications caused by COVID-19."

As we reach the final 48 hours of our contract to deliver probation services to low & medium risk service users in West Yorkshire, here is a snap shot of our work:
Lots of ‘last’ meetings today. Last Hull CRC managers, last leadership forum HLNY and Wyorks CRCs. Lots of reflections, optimism for the future of The Probation Service. I’m optimistic too - looking forward to joining the Probation Programme Digital Team!
It's the final five days of our CRC before the contract transitions to the UK Government & we prepare for the launch of the Probation Service. We're proud of our staffs’ efforts & achievements over the last six years: https://t.co/cM3Y2yrJgZ
Our very own Lucy Eggleston talks with @areporter re. our Integrated Through the Gate service at HMP Leeds as part of Raphael's excellent Second Chance series of podcasts: https://t.co/EH8as73Cez @hmpps
Dr Woolford said: “I'm delighted @HMIProbation has cited our work. This demonstrates we grounded our practice in reliable & robust research to underpin an evidence-based approach in working with service users in a probation setting.”
Delighted @HMIProbation has referenced both the research projects undertaken by our CRCs in their recent "Building the evidence base for high-quality probation services" bulletin: https://t.co/w8C9nYvTTE
Jake: “Once I’ve got a house and a job & am earning, I'll feel like I’ve made it. If you don’t have your own place & job, you get run into the ground & feel there’s no hope – that’s when things can go wrong.” https://t.co/Nw5A9EmKCe @Sarah_CookeKBOP@MoJGovUK
