🌎🇦🇷 Argentina win their opening game with Lionel Messi making World Cup history! 💥
Messi hat-trick means he’s joint TOP SCORER EVER in the World Cup with 16 goals with Miro Klose.
Mbappé, Müller, Ronaldo Nazario surpassed.
The Guptas' Sun City wedding accidentally exposed their capture of South Africa. Tagwirei's $20 million wedding deliberately displayed his of Zimbabwe.
I once had lunch with Kudakwashe Tagwirei. We served briefly together on the Presidential Advisory Council(PAC). It emerged before my resignation that he had more access to President Mnangagwa than the entire PAC put together.
The leaked audio — the grandiose claim : “I am the next president” — cannot be authenticated. But authenticity is the wrong test. The right test is whether the claims map onto documented behaviour.
Consider the record: a reported 30% stake behind CBZ, Zimbabwe’s biggest bank. US$1.28 billion through Command Agriculture without open tender. US$1.6 billion paid for Kuvimba to undisclosed individuals the authorities refuse to name. Chairmanship of the land tenure programme. Co-option into the ZANU-PF Central Committee, lubricated by US$21 million in vehicles. Standing beside the President when Ramaphosa visited Precabe Farm.
Banking. Mining. Land. The party machine. Proximity to the presidency. None of it requires the tape to be real.
The keystone is CAB3, which Parliament may pass THIS WEEK. It abolishes your right to elect your own President and hands that choice to a Parliament ZANU-PF controls. A man who could never win a national vote would not need one.
South Africa’s capture was eventually exposed by a free press and the Zondo Commission. CAB3 would entrench Zimbabwe’s — writing the workaround into the constitution itself.
The electorate is the last institution standing between a businessman and a captured presidency.
This is not how we build a vibrant and compassionate society.

Confidence is building for an England Test-ODI tour of Zimbabwe ahead of next year’s World Cup.
England have not toured Zimbabwe since 2004.
There could be more incentive for teams to play Zimbabwe, who may be part of a 12-team World Test Championship

The Ministry of Justice has backed down and will no longer be proceeding with its obnoxious, nepotistic and corrupt title deeds pilot project after a fierce fight back from lawyers. Now that the lawyers have prevailed, the public must now fight them and their State.
Why should people be required to consult lawyers for a service they do not need? How is a 91‑year‑old titleholder expected to afford legal fees that are finagled upon them without consultation or their consent?
How much will the state charge for this service, and who will benefit from those charges? Are private companies providing this digitization service, and who is behind them?
From the perspective of the title holder who made an outlay to acquire property and obtain a deed of title, is this expropriation of money reasonably justifiable in a democratic society?
🎙️ NEW EPISODE
Our exclusive interview with former-Zimbabwe bowling coach Steven Kirby is now live. We won't lie, this was one of the most special conversations we've had on the @ZimCricketPod.
Steve was raw, honest, and real. He spoke about the highs of our incredible 2022 World Cup campaign, the heartbreak of losing to Scotland in Bulawayo in the ODI qualifiers, and everything in between.
A truly incredible bloke. Don't miss this one. 🇿🇼

Today is Holy Thursday
Jesus gathers with His disciples for the Last Supper. Knowing the cross is near, He gives them something greater than words He gives Himself.
He breaks the bread.
He lifts the cup.
He establishes the Eucharist.
"Take, eat; this is My body."
"This is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many."
— Matthew 26:26–28
Then, the King of Heaven does something unexpected.
He kneels down.
He washes their feet.
Even Judas the one who would betray Him.
"If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet."
— John 13:14
Holy Thursday reveals the heart of Jesus:
Love that serves.
Love that sacrifices.
Love that gives everything.
Later that night, in the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prays in deep anguish:
"Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will."
— Matthew 26:39
Holy Thursday asks us:
Do I serve like Him?
Do I love with humility?
Do I surrender my will to God?
Because on this night, Jesus showed us:
True greatness is found in humility.
True love is found in sacrifice.
"Having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end."
— John 13:1
Follow Him in humility.
Follow Him in love.
Follow Him to the cross.
