you must do this week to avoid wahala... 🧵
–Your waste disposal should be timely
Part of your food safety and operational goal should be — clean bin, clean space, and safe food.
Let's do better in our food businesses, because food safety isn’t just about cooking well — it's also about handling waste the right way.
Let’s talk about waste management in our food spaces today

In case you're wondering, why?
📌 Wet Waste = ...
..can attract flies, insects, and even rodents into your kitchen or restaurant area.

What you should do is simple:
–Always cover your waste bins
–Make sure staff know which bin to use
–Clean the waste area regularly
Whenever I call my mum, she either says she’s selling her market or she's peeling her Groundnut.
My mother works so hard.
My mother has 3 jobs and a 100 occupation.
Whether I post about her business or not, she's selling.🤍
It is my desire to see this MummyVFoods expand.🥹🤍
