Developing an ‘Author station’ to promote writing for pleasure in KS1 after attending @BrettellHarriet ‘s English Leader training from @OneEducation

In addition, I have created an "Implementation Cycle" to help embed ideas across school.
If it's worth delivering to all staff, it's worth spending time on to ensure it sticks.
I've created some simple CPD principles to help design effective training for staff. Thought I'd share in case anyone was interested!
Purpose is to ensure all CPD is high-quality and research-based, but also provide staff with implementable ideas and time to do exactly that
