There is no village in Britain run by sharia law called Islamabad.

What sits outside Tilford in Surrey is a private Ahmadiyya estate bought in 1984 on the old Sheephatch Camp School. They named it Islamabad. It is their headquarters, with a mosque, offices, houses and a gate, because it is private land. Waverley Council approved the rebuild. English law still runs the planning, the police and the courts.

Ahmadiyya is a sect. Orthodox Islam does not accept them as Muslims. Pakistan wrote that into law and has treated them as heretics for decades, which is why their fourth caliph left that country in 1984 and why their fifth now lives on this site.
Street names and a fence do not make a parallel state. They open the grounds for village dinners and have helped raise money for the local church.

A tuck shop on a map is not a caliphate, and a sect the rest of the Muslim world rejects is not a sharia takeover of Surrey.
