@SkyHelpTeam It's a bit silly that you don't say what speeds are achieved with your site? "Run test" isn't telling me what I am getting speed wise. Streaming shows has become a chore these past few weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam 2 speed tests done this morning, and they are below par. Checked with the sky site and they can't find a fault. This broadband is too slow to stream anything above 720p resolution these days.
