@CityofCT Finally after 132 hours of being without water the @CityofCT have restored water to my parents' home after their WMD malfunctioned. Well played making sure we know who's in control 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. I'm thankful that it's done but the "service" and complacency won't win any votes.

@CityofCT My parents are without water through no fault of theirs for more than 48 hours and no reply from the @CityofCT even after multiple calls! We know we are at your mercy but some compassion for pensioners at least!!

CCT Service Request no. 1013447059 for No Water WMD has been has been actioned for follow up with the Superintendant, Depot Manager and Branch Manager" means nothing! No action. No follow-up calls. No service. They're merely pensioners, I guess.
