@Dubner_Michael DK has a lot more promos and ways to get free tickets. For example they had the enter 2 to get 1 free ticket on the Milly during Best Ball Week. Does this lower the effective rate enough to move the needle or should each ticket be considered in a vacuum?

Poverty increases desperation and social alienation. Feeling connected to the benefits of being a part of a society increases prosocial behavior. Disconnection from those benefits decreases prosocial behavior. Impunity and isolation from normal society because of extreme wealth can also decrease prosocial behavior. Some people are shits regardless of the situation. It’s a game of tendencies and risk factors. We all want to build a society in which people’s work is rewarded and bit of bad luck doesn’t doom someone for life. Extreme inequality makes that harder. This is all pretty well-trodden ground.

@adamlevitan At least with Brown there was still probably like a 10% chance he went somewhere else. Devonta’s rise makes even less sense since we knew Brown was gone no matter what regardless of the team. It’s never baked in.
