@WoodyTheLOOSER @McDonaldsUK You won’t see your money again I’m afraid! I’ve had a similar problem and they are refusing to accept responsibility apparently the app is ran by Uber despite the fact it has McDonald’s branding. I’d be interested to know how many other people have lost money this way

@McDonaldsUK You should include a disclaimer on your app that after a customer places an order you hand this over to Uber and take no further responsibility.
Also let everyone know you then refuse to get involved in resolving the issue and ignore all calls, emails etc! Very poor
