What I hear in this is medical schools should screen out candidates emotionally healthy enough to have their identity rooted outside of just being a physician, screen out those who are willing to question unreasonable working conditions and expect fair compensation for their time and extensive knowledge, and eliminate those who value their own health and quality time with loved ones enough to reduce their hours given the opportunity.
