Moved house on Monday 15/03, promised a delivery of my @virginmedia equipment on that day. Phoned them Monday - “I can see it’s out for delivery sir.” Doesn’t arrive. Phoned them Tuesday - “Very sorry sir, I guarantee it will be there before 17:30 on Wednesday.” Shock of my life

when I called them after 17:30 this evening for them to tell me they have no stock of TV equipment. Anywhere in the country apparently. But wait, there’s more... the customer service advisor very politely told me that I would still be charged... so much for #ultimateoomph
