I am officially REVOKING my settlement with @RoyalAirMaroc. As a professional, I will not be silenced by corporate deception.
It has been 120 days since @RoyalAirMaroc lost my luggage and original marriage documents on flight AT271. After months of negligence, they finally offered a $600 compensation.
On April 9th, I signed their "Release Form" (attached below) and provided my banking details. It has been 34 DAYS since then, and they have vanished. >
They ignored every email and even sent a fraudulent claim that the bag was delivered in February—which they later admitted was an "error."
I am now proceeding with a $3,500 lawsuit at the Cairo Economic Court for material and moral damages. The $600 is no longer the point; I am willing to spend my own money just to expose this disgraceful behavior and protect other travelers from this scam.

It seems that the company's policy is to deceive customers. When going to the hidden comments, a lot of problems and complaints about compensation that were not paid will appear despite the company's recognition of the right of travellers to receive compensation... I think this is a very large corruption file within the company... I call on travellers who were harmed by this shameful policy to sue the company in the courts of these cases in their country to end this farce and hold accountable for not respecting the rights of passengers to the compensation due to them...
