THE LORD GAVE, AND THE LORD HAS TAKEN AWAY; BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD.
— JOB 1:21
Today, we thank God for the life of our King, His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV. 👑
We prayed for a miracle, and now we surrender to the will of God.
Our King once said:
“Just living every day is a testimony of its own. That’s how powerful God is… He’s been a faithful God, and I love Him with all my heart. I continue to serve Him both in public and in private.”
What a testimony. What a beautiful way to be remembered.
We thank God for every year He gave him,for his love for God, his love for his people, and the years he spent serving Tooro. He understood that life itself was a testimony and desired to be a blessing to others.
Today, even through our tears, we celebrate his life, his faith, his service, and the time God allowed us to have him.
Father God, receive Your son into eternal rest. Wrap Your arms around the Queen Mother and give her strength that only You can give. Comfort the entire Royal Family and every Munyoro and Mutooro mourning this great loss. May Your peace rest upon the entire Kingdom of Tooro and carry its people through the days ahead.
Omukama Atulize. 🕊️👑
Rest in eternal peace, our King 🙏🏾
You cannot defend oppression simply because you are paid to speak in its favor, especially before families who have lost their loved ones, those still behind bars, and those who have been released carrying lifelong scars from oppression.
Yes, Museveni is the President today. But ask yourself: can any leader remain in power forever? Power is temporary, but the pain inflicted on citizens can last for generations.
OH GOD!!!
As we mourn King David Junior School, another bus carrying students of Buzaya Secondary School has also crashed. Lord, have mercy on our children. Heal the injured, comfort grieving families and protect every child. #PrayForOurChildren

This man, has carried the Men’s agenda flag so high for the last 4 years. Started Muntu Wa Wansi educational & sensitization programs on social media, that have shaped men into real men. He has also empowered them about their rights & responsibilities. Does he even know the families he has protected & family feuds prevented as a result? He’s so humble & doesn’t even brag about it as long as he’s served above self. I hope this post will trigger a national award soon. I celebrate you @kyamageroandrew
My bro , Court orders UCU and its Law School to pay former Guild President Samantha Mwesigye UGX 100 million in damages.
Samantha transferred credits from King’s College London, was duly admitted to UCU, paid tuition, studied for years, and even served as Guild President. However, when she was due to graduate, the university verbally informed her that she had to return and repeat Year One.
The court found the university’s actions unfair, irrational, and a breach of legitimate expectation, noting that she had been treated as a regular student throughout her studies. The Vice Chancellor’s and Dean’s verbal decisions were consequently set aside.
I missed this Cabinet debate while away, but as someone who did internship, private interns must be paid. The workload in our referral & district hospitals is heavy and full-time. I’m engaging the President to re-table this; we must find the money to fund all interns. #CapitalFM
