Heavenly Father, thank You for this morning, because some of us feel invisible in this current season, doing work nobody claps for, and You still counted it as worth waking us up for. Thank You for seeing what feels unseen.

Father, today we ask for peace about being unnoticed right now. Some of us are in a stretch that looks like nothing is happening, and it's harder than the busy seasons because there's nothing to show for the waiting. Help us trust that this counts too.

Father, it is written, "And David returned from following the sheep... and the Lord was with David." (1 Samuel 17:15, 18:14). He was anointed king and went right back to the sheep.

Father, You did it for David, letting him tend sheep in obscurity between the anointing and the throne.

Father, do it again for us. Let this quiet season be preparation, not punishment. In Jesus' name. AMEN.
