@Kenyans@ntsa_kenya Don't be quick to judge. I was involved in an accident last week, and it reminded me that traffic rules are there for everyone. Today it's the police boss; tomorrow it could be any of us.

Just came from Rongai and people are driving dangerously out here... Worse is a driver ferrying 60 people driving like he has given up in life and wants to kill himself and everyone else... This madness has to stop. @ntsa_kenya...
@georgediano Very true, Natembeya needs to be serious with that county. Things are the same, the town isn't clean, the market which was supposed to be used by the traders is unoccupied, traders are all over the streets. Mca's too have disappeared after being elected.
Mine is to remind people gachagua was evicted by force from the table of gluttony,it's not like he left willingly . After he wipped his mouth and swallowed the last food ,he turned and spoke for the starving . Ata tooth pick Bado Iko kwa mdomo, charlatan.
Whoever came up with KPLC's standard operating procedure was pure evil. You go to Kenya Power and tell them you want them to supply power; they make you buy the post, wire, and meter. They then tell you that those things you just bought are now the property of Kenya Power. They then charge you a fee to come and connect you to the grid. Then they make you wait for months. When you think they're done, just like major, they hit you with another banger: they randomly switch off power and don't shout at them. It must be nice 😊.
Boss: “You arrived 10 minutes late.”
Employee: “Yesterday I stayed late finishing that last-minute report.”
Boss: “I understand… but rules are rules.”
The next day, the employee arrived exactly on time.
And at 6:00 p.m. sharp, shut down the computer.
No extra emails. No work taken home.
If punctuality is non-negotiable, then effort must have boundaries too.
Recognition cannot be one-sided.
When mistakes are highlighted but dedication is ignored, the real message becomes clear:
“Do only what’s required. Nothing more.”
Empathy costs nothing.
The absence of it? That can cost you everything—especially your best people.
