Planning out our barrel program. We’re most excited about Höhepunkt "Culmination", a mead made with tart cherry and lots of herbs & spices, then aged in a whiskey barrel. Think about it like the smoothest Manhattan you've ever sipped.

10 years ago today I was asked to help start the mead program at @MontaluceWinery. Our first batch won a double gold medal at the International Eastern Wine Competition. There should be a lot for you to enjoy in the near future at Waldmet Cellars.

Reassembly begins. Our 8 tap kegerator is sporting new faucets and lines. There will be more than mead flowing through them soon. We’ll also have herbal teas on nitro and one tap for seltzer to mix with a variety of drinking vinegars.
