If your mind is loud - Exercise.
If your mind is empty - Pray.
If your mind is racing - Walk.
If your mind is tired - Sleep.
If your mind is sharp - Create.
Most problems are just mismatched energy.
Get the inputs right, and good things follow.
Being healthy isn't basic.
It's rare. And rarity is what status actually comes from.
Not aesthetics. Not numbers, but capability.
The ability to move, focus, recover, and stay steady under pressure. Because health isn't about looking better anymore.
It's about functioning well
I know someone who worked inside a large healthcare organization.
He told me something that surprised me.
