Well, after a bit(!) of a break I'm back! It was hard to encourage people to 'Walk One Stop' during lockdowns...
Plus now, lots of folks are still WFH so...
You can do your 30 minutes walks in 10-minute bouts throughout the day & those add up.
Plus, when you #walk for shorter periods, you can go at a faster speed, which may be even better for you than #walking slowly for 30 minutes straight! #movemore
