We all need a place where we feel connected, supported, and seen. In this week’s newsletter, Dr. Sabgir reflects on the importance of finding your “Third Space”, meaningful places beyond home and work that help us thrive: https://t.co/E0G2t1tOrh
We’re excited to celebrate #LMWEEK2026! Across the globe, our Walk with a Doc leaders are stepping outside the clinic to walk alongside their communities. They aren't just talking about #LifestyleMedicine; they’re modeling it in their community, one step at a time. @ACLifeMed
We live in a world that constantly pushes us to move faster, do more, and optimize everything. But healing, connection, and meaningful change rarely happen at full speed. We're embracing “slow medicine” in this week's newsletter: https://t.co/8JMIuoGM4Z

Since 2018, @Intermountain has been walking the walk. As a proud #WalkwithaDoc champion, they’ve helped patients and employees step toward better health. In 2025, 10 programs across UT and NV brought together 2,000+ walker visits focused on movement, connection, and community.
Happy #EarthDay! Today’s a great reminder that caring for our health and caring for the planet can go hand in hand. We encourage you to take a walk today, and consider bringing a trash bag to pick up litter while you walk, just like these amazing walkers in Texas! 🌎🚶♀️♻️
#StrengthTraining is a powerful (and often overlooked) complement to walking that supports stronger muscles, better balance, and long-term health. Adding just a couple of simple strength sessions each week can make a big impact, no gym membership needed! https://t.co/qGeUMFfwsY
