We are imperial service customers of 40 yrs. The mortgage isn’t even for 200k and we have LEIN FREE properties as collateral valued 6x our mortgage amount.
This situation is unacceptable.
@cibc we started the mortgage process in June of 2023. We close on our house in 4 business days and our mortgage has been escalated over 10x and we are still waiting.
We started this process in June and have been CIBC customers for 40 years. What the hell is happening over there?
