So much misinformation being spread on our recent S3 withdrawal.  The filing was purely housekeeping in nature, required by SEC rules because the S3 was obsolete and therefore moot. All previously disclosed in January 2021. Nothing new in it. Nothing good or bad for AMC. 1 of 3
