There are a lot of variables to consider when calculating an accurate estimate.

Anyone aware of issues with usage meetering jumping back and forth now?
Went from 100% usage to 11% (100 is correct on that acc.) And then from 84% to 100% on the other (84% is correct) - work blocked -> 20 minutes later~~ back to 84%.
