Posture isn’t static.
It’s dynamic.
It’s your body’s expression of the movements that you expose your body regularly to.
The only bad posture is the one you’re stuck in.
Get moving.
Propagating fear in the medical and rehab field is such a poor way to utilize the tools that we are given.
I’d rather someone come back to see me for a second session out of hope and positivity about meeting their potential.
