The bond market situation is crazy.

Credit card "serious delinquencies" are at the highest since 2010 and mortgage rates could near 8%.

On August 19, Epoch 227, Qubic's weekly emissions drop from approximately 450 billion QUs to approximately 225 billion QUs.
The protocol-level removal rate rises from 55% to approximately 77.5%.
That means for every trillion QUs emitted each week, over three quarters will be removed before reaching circulation.
The Qubic scientific team is in San Francisco this week.
Multi-Neuraxon 2 is being presented as a poster at AGI-26, the Conference on Artificial General Intelligence, running July 27 to 30.
Qubic has zero transaction fees.
Every transfer, every interaction with the base layer, costs nothing.
The obvious question: if nobody is paying fees, how does the network sustain itself?
Fair question.
Here is the answer 🧵
The US economy is now dependent on AI spending:
AI investment now accounts for more than 25% of US GDP growth, the largest contribution on record.
This includes spending on software, IT equipment, R&D, and data centers.
In other words, for every $4 of US economic growth today, over $1 is coming from AI investment.
This comes as AI spending is up to a record ~8% of US GDP.
By comparison, spending on IT equipment, software, and R&D peaked at ~6.5% of GDP during the 2000 Dot-Com bubble.
US economic growth is now all about AI.

A dedicated bare-metal box.
That was an obstacle, and it kept the operator set small.
The Guardians program is how that wall comes down. 🧵
