@HabCorpLinguist Interesting. The Fauci-perjury theory of the Fifth doesn’t seem to impact your standard “compelled” criminal testimony (where a prosecutor offers a witness a deal in exchange for testimony). Nor would it seem to impact civil cases (adverse inferences can be drawn).
