‼️‼️📡🇺🇸🇮🇷 U.S. military quietly oversaw a large offshore ship-to-ship oil transfer network since early May to keep Gulf energy exports flowing despite Iran’s disruption of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.

More than 90 ships have participated, transferring an estimated 90 million barrels of oil and petroleum products at sites near Fujairah in the UAE and Sohar in Oman. The operation used techniques similar to Iran’s sanctions-evasion methods, including ships traveling with AIS transponders turned off, dimmed lights, and tightly controlled convoy movements monitored by drones, helicopters, and surveillance assets.

Tankers carried oil through the Strait before transferring cargo to waiting VLCCs, with each transfer taking 24–40 hours. U.S. military support included aerial monitoring, security oversight, and compliance screening.

Inflation concerns among US consumers are intensifying:

~38% of Americans now perceive inflation as a greater risk than unemployment over the next year, the highest proportion since March 2025.

This percentage has risen +13 points over the last 2 months, the biggest 2-month increase in at least 2 years.

By comparison, 48% of consumers perceived inflation as a higher risk in July 2024.

At the same time, only ~5% see unemployment as a greater risk than inflation over the next year, the lowest reading in at least 2 years.

This brings the gap up to 33 percentage points, the widest since February 2025.

Inflation remains a major issue for US households.

🇫🇷🇩🇪 Arianegroup introduces its B-STRIKE line, featuring the B-STRIKE 1000 and 2500 one and two-stages balistic missiles carrying a Maneurable Reentry vehicle (MaRV).

The B-1000 is a truely mobile system based on X-Fire launcher recently unveiled by Soframe and Thales, while the B-STRIKE 2500 should be considered as a relocable asset, just like US DARK EAGLE system.

Both vehicles can carry two missiles.

The B-STRIKE 2500 can be fitted with a hypersonic glide vehicle (HGV), though cost per round would be much more expensive.

Respective characteristics :
- Time of flight : < 10 min / ~15 min;
- Terminal accuarcy : sub-decametric / decametric (GNSS jamming resistant)
- Apogee (max. atltitude) : > 120 km / > 150 km

Presented as pre-strategic system with counter-forces capabilities (!)

The B-STRIKE line was supposed to include the B-STRIKE 150, but it very recently lost against MBDA/SAFRAN Thunderdart. However, it does not foretell difficulties for the two others products as they address differents missions.
