@nicolegelinas Yesterday at the Marcy stop a guy was jumping up and down and growling, threatening everyone. One of the few times I was really scared. My kids were rattled. People raving or very unfortunate smelling unhoused neighbors are more or less daily co-occupants. It's a problem.
