issue, the final CSR refused to escalate to a manager and refused to provide me a case number or his CSR number. I’m at a dead end. Awful customer “service”

@RogersHelps We are trying to transfer an existing account from one name to another. We spent almost an hour yesterday with a CSR going through the entire transfer process, both with the current and new account holder. We were disconnected just before finishing the process.

@RogersHelps I was calling back today to confirm if the transfer was finalized, or if not, to finish the process. 90 minutes in total between hold and three transfers between CSR’s. No one seemed to know what to do, and as I said, the final CSR refused to escalate to a manager.

I left marketing years ago so am no longer qualified to comment on SB commercials. But I will say this: that Skechers ad is the definition of “inside baseball”. Who else but people at the company care that people misspell it? No one. What agency that pitched that dumb idea?
