A recruiter reaches out.
Great role. Feels credible.

They ask for your CV.
Then come back with:

“Your CV is good… but not fully aligned. And they will atleast 5-7 missing points in the CV which are very important for the role”.

Then comes - Let us help you to amend your CV, connect you to a “specialist.”

The specialist offers a free CV review.
Points out gaps. Uses big words. Sounds convincing.

Then comes the pitch:

👉 “We can upgrade your CV to match senior roles. We’ve placed candidates at top positions.” They will give you some senior names and even send you LinkedIn profiles as proof.

But here’s the truth:

❌ Those people have never worked with them
❌ The success stories are fabricated
❌ The opportunity was just bait

And then…

It quickly turns into a paid CV optimization pitch with unrealistic promises. They guarantee you a job! A fake job!
