@ngurare Namibia has a lot of good initiatives stuck at paper work for years and decades. Go and claim tax from mining. We are not poor, and government is not as if can't afford to expand the Civil work force.
@Kayalambadwa Thieves are breaking into our houses while we are at work. When we report cases to Oshakati police, the officers give us excuses to trace the robbers even when there is lead. Vati we are not robbed, we just want to claim money from insurance. Such a disappointment.

2. The colonizers used diamonds that they looted and traded with the world to have access to building materials.
3. Labour was cheap and almost free to construct houses.

@fireshikomba We need to be able to appreciate the little we get. I am supporting the construction of houses from available and affordable materials. Namibia is not the first country to have such houses. In some developed countries, houses are constructed fromm wood or plastics...
