Young men, if you want to go far in life, learn to be bored, silent, and alone.
A man must build 3 things:
1. A body that can handle pressure.
2. A mind that doesn’t panic.
3. A skill that creates income.
Miss one, and the others suffer.
Many people fear hitting reset, whether it's rock bottom, heartbreak, a new job, or starting a new life. So they stay stuck, and later regret not moving forward. But every reset brings something new. Don't be afraid of it when it's necessary.

Luxuries that don't look like luxuries, but are:
1. Working from home 5 days a week
2. Having your mom and dad alive
3. No addiction
4. Peace with your partner
5. Roof over your head
6. Breathing through your nose
7. Food on the table

Sleeping for 5-7 hours, Working 8–9 hours a day and then going home to about 2-4 hours to yourself, which includes getting ready for the next day, is not living, to be very honest.
Your entire life can really change in a year. You just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more, and be disciplined enough to actually work for more. You can do it. You got this.
At some point, you need to get serious about your life. Delete numbers, stay away from love that isn't real, hustle harder, get your health right, your spirit right, your mental right. You gotta demand some respect, not just from people, but from yourself.
Look at the generational difference -
1990s:
• Get a university degree
• Get a 9–5 job
• Suit and tie
• Get promoted
• Get married at 21
• Buy a house at 25
• 4 kids, 1 dog
• Retire at 60
2026:

The more you travel, the lighter you pack. Not just in luggage, but in life. You start realizing you don't need much to be happy. It's not about how much you carry, but how free you are to move.
