Sixt platinum. Recently rented at SFO and LIH. No way to skip the long line at either location. No advNtGe to being platinum. What am I missing? Avis, Hertz and national all allow me to go directly to car. Can’t keep using Sixt if this is the level of service.

Hey @HawaiianAir why is there a drop down box on your landing page that has "cancel flight" as an option, but when you click on it, there is no way to cancel the flight. I'm hoping the merger with @AlaskaAir will improve your online customer service.
