Drug overdose was an epidemic WAY before COVID which created risk factors (isolation, job/food-insecurity, anxiety) that ⬆️'d substance use & overdose. We need ⬆️ in:

1. Prevention services
2. Treatment (meds, counseling, harm reduction)
3. Social services (housing, jobs, educ)
