@HamburgAirport the queue for security is insane. Arrived 2 hours before the flight. Won’t make the flight. Booked a back up I don’t think I’ll make either. No information. Just chaos.

Incredible call with @lv insurance to renew home insurance. It’s doubled. No explanation as to why. Nothing they can do to look at the cost. Was told I should “probably shop around”. Message “we don’t want your business”.

Impossible to get in touch with BA. All I want to do is pay for my holiday using a voucher. No way of getting in touch with anyone who can help. Tried Web, phone, email for the last 4 days, useless. Maybe I should go in to the office. @British_Airways #joke #BA #CustomerService
