It's taken me 4 calls today to get someone to call me back @WeAreCaribou. Guess what! Item is still in Motherwell after being 'delivered'. #WeAreCaribou

So @WeAreCaribou I was home all day yesterday, and posted the non delivery screenshot to #WeAreCaribou. Today it's suddenly marked that it was delivered yesterday. It was NOT delivered here, so where is it?
