マスクによると、政府は管理が極めて緩いまま、いわゆる非営利団体に巨額の公金を投入でき、その後の監査も十分に行われないケースがあるというのです。

さらにマスクは、こうした団体の関係者が異常な高額報酬を受け取り、さまざまな支出を経費として処理し、ジェット機や豪邸まで購入していると主張✈️🏠

まるで王族のような生活、その原資は納税者のお金だというわけです。

そしてマスクが強調したのは、これが1件や2件の話ではないという点です。

これほんと日本の判例史上、最悪の判例の一つになったよな。

浜松市の交差点で信号無視した車が暴走、5人を死傷したひき逃げ事件。

運転していた中国籍女（36）は一審で懲役8年だったが、控訴審で朝山芳史裁判長が「統合失調症が悪化した」として逆転無罪判決に。運転を��めなかった夫（60） も不起訴処分。

これが許されたら精神疾患は何をやっても無罪になってしまう。
今後似たような事故が起きた時に参考にされないよう、今からでも裁判をやり直してほしいくらい最悪最低の判例。
