Back in Graphic Design school in London, my teacher always told me that when adding little details, like birds in the background, you should use odd numbers. One or three, never two or four. It creates a more natural sense of asymmetry and encourages the viewer’s eye to move around the composition.
Now because those classic guidelines are lost in this generation, I gotta read conspiracy theories from GTA fans.
From October 13 to October 20, ARC Raiders will be beta-testing a PvE matchmaking toggle. Come try it out, and let us know what you think! Your feedback will help us determine if it works, and what the future of this feature could look like.

Had an "interview" for a blockchain project last week.
Camera was on, we're chatting, and the guy tells me to clone a GitHub repo and run it locally before we go further into the technical round.
I said sure, but first can you do me a favor
hold up 3 fingers in front of your face for me real quick.
He froze.
Didn't move.
Just sat there for a few seconds before the call cut off and he blocked me.
That's when I knew. A real interviewer doesn't glitch out over a random ask like that. A deepfake/AI overlay does.
These "run this repo" scams are getting scary common in crypto and dev hiring right now.
The setup is always the same:
- flattering DM
- real-sounding project
- rushed timeline
- a "quick step" before the call
that's really just remote access or a credential stealer in disguise.
If someone wants you to run code or install something before you've even had a real conversation, that's the whole scam.
Trust the instinct. Stay safe out there.
Finally got to put together a breakdown of the embroidery project I worked on with Valve and PGL for The International 2026!
A look at the custom Houdini and Blender pipeline, how it all came together for the Opening Ceremony, and additional assets created with it.
ARE YOU JOKING? DID YOU REALLY HAVE TO BAN DISCORD AND REDDIT ON PHILIPPINES
"The Philippines’ cybercrime agency has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to US tech platforms Reddit and Discord to establish a local office or face potential access bans."

You may have seen a recent article that mentions KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, speculating on the reasons for the change in publishing partners for PHYSINT.
Normally, we would not comment on unsubstantiated speculation on the internet, but these aspersions around our relationship with PlayStation, the commercial performance of the DEATH STRANDING franchise, and the broader production planning and investment for PHYSINT, have reached beyond the studio and have touched our fans, our creative partners, and colleagues we have worked alongside with for three decades.
None of the claims written came from any official or on-the-record source and as such we encourage you to take them with a dose of scepticism.
Make no mistake, this was a serious situation for the studio with a range of potentially significant implications. While we recognise that the article may have caused alarm, we want to reassure you all, for the record: that the studio is in a healthy, profitable state, development for PHYSINT continues to move forward with XBOX, and our relationship with PlayStation remains strong.
Thank you for your continued support,
KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS
When a game studio ships a solid game, it creates TWO valuable products:
1. A solid game.
2. The team that spent years learning how to work together make a game.
Because Western studios keep disbanding #2 while development cycles get longer; we will inevitably see less of #1.
It was interesting to watch these creators first resist the crossover. They thought it wouldn’t fit their characters, and the setting felt too childish for an audience to take seriously. Then, for that same audience, they started inventing solutions anyway. I think that’s the point.. creativity has no hard ceiling, and stories can work when someone understands the work and stands behind it. I also like that not every creator in this story is a good person. Some of them are jerks. But they're not bad people.
