In just 15 years, the number of Muslims in public office in the U.S. has increased from 15 to 235, with the overwhelming majority being elected since 2021.

Most people don’t realize how recent the rise of Muslim politicians in America actually is. It’s largely a post-pandemic phenomenon.

Muslims in America are gaining political power at a much faster rate than in Europe. It’s actually scary, and everyone should be alarmed.

I’m a gay man in the West. And because I have eyes that can see and a brain that can observe reality, I choose conservative government over leftist government every time.

When Western conservatives fail at governance, gas prices stay high, foreign wars continue, and the debt continues to grow. Problems persist.

When Western leftists govern, problems accelerate.

Gas prices stay high; borders are opened to millions of unvetted migrants; criminals, rapists, and murderers are turned loose to terrorize communities; racial mobs loot and burn down cities at will; the government colludes with media to censor millions of people; tax dollars are used to abort, mutilate, and sterilize children; antisemitic mobs and Islamists threaten Jews and Christians; and basic services and infrastructure crumble.

If you could simply vote your way out of leftist governance, I wouldn’t be this concerned. But leftists ensure that you can’t simply vote your way out.

Across the West, if you notice leftist failures or resist them, you’re threatened and disarmed. Look at Germany’s attempts to ban and stifle the AfD. Look at the chaos of the UK Labour government importing millions of Muslim men and jailing British protesters longer than foreign murderers. Look at Canada, where peaceful protesters had their bank accounts frozen and pastors were arrested for holding church services. Look at Los Angeles and New York, where demographic replacement with foreigners and taxpayer handout bribes have overwhelmed the votes of native Angelenos and New Yorkers.

Or look at my own home state of Colorado, where 15 years of leftist control has produced mass homelessness, trashed streets, top-three violent crime rates, and a governor-elect who thinks car thieves shouldn’t go to jail “until they’ve stolen three or four cars in, say, a month.”

I am gay, but I’m not blinded by the rainbow flags waving on the Left. Just behind the rainbows and “Hate has no home here” yard signs, I can see the Hamas banners, murdered Charlie Kirks, burning police stations, fentanyl zombies, smashed synagogues, and shuttered businesses.

The West, and the civilization that allows for my peaceful existence, will continue only if sane Western people—gays included—reject left-wing governance.

If holding back the leftist-Islamist tide and preserving Western civilization means biding time with dumb and imperfect Republicans in power, I am willing and motivated to do that with my vote.
